Theodor Arhio is a strategic operator and creative leader with 15+ years of experience building high-performance teams, scalable systems, and culturally resonant brands. His career spans Fortune 500 companies, global agencies, and high-growth startups—blending operational discipline with creative fluency.

At Omnicom Studios, he built and led a bespoken global agency for Expedia Group across 17 markets, integrating creative, strategy and media with GenAI tools and driving production efficiencies.

 

At TBWA\Chiat\Day LA, he launched GTM campaigns for Robinhood, Moderna and led the modernization of the agency. And at TBWA Worldwide, he worked with iconic brands like Nissan, Apple, Novo Nordisk and McDonald’s, creating award-winning work like the Unbreakables documentary.

A repeat entrepreneur, Theodor co-founded Glöet (acquired by Anora Group), built Finland's leading digital studio and created Buy This!, a branded sitcom adapted in multiple markets. His work has earned recognition from Cannes Lions, Effie, and Eurobest.
